ProcurePilot Terms of Service

Last updated: Draft Version for System Evaluation

1. 14-Day Evaluation Free Trial

ProcurePilot provides an automated procurement evaluation service. Each newly registered customer account receives an evaluation period of exactly fourteen (14) days from registration. The trial grants access to bilingual item management, OCR extraction, supplier comparison, and decision reporting without payment card commitment.

2. Transition to Read-Only Mode

Upon completion of the 14-day free trial period without an active subscription, the account transitions to read-only status. Customers retain full access to view, download, and export their existing cases, documents, and historical procurement analyses. In read-only mode, creating, modifying, uploading, and translating new procurement items is paused until an active subscription is initiated.

3. Customer Data Ownership and Tenant Isolation

Customers retain full ownership of all documents, specifications, supplier pricing, and decision criteria entered into their account. Each customer workspace is hosted in an isolated tenant environment. ProcurePilot does not sell, share, or disclose customer procurement data to third parties.

4. Acceptable Commercial Use

Users agree to use ProcurePilot solely for lawful procurement analysis, business decision automation, and commercial quotation evaluation. Users must not attempt to circumvent security controls, inject unauthorized tenant identifiers, extract data from other tenants, or upload malicious payloads.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Optional ongoing commercial subscriptions may be managed via the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the paid billing period, at which point account data remains preserved in exportable read-only mode.
