2. Read-Only Retention: Upon expiration of your 14-day free trial, your account transitions to read-only mode. Your existing data, cases, documents, and reports remain available for viewing and export.
3. Customer Data Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all procurement documents, supplier quotations, and decisions entered into your workspace.
4. Responsible Use: You agree not to upload harmful code, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated scrapers without authorization.
Privacy Policy
1. Tenant Data Isolation: Your procurement data, translation cache, and billing records are stored in an isolated tenant environment.
2. Information Collection: We collect only the account details necessary to provide the service (your name, company, email, and password hash).
3. Password Security: Passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard algorithms (bcrypt). Plain-text passwords are never stored or logged.
4. Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. ProcurePilot does not store or process payment card details.
