Last updated: Draft Version for System Evaluation
ProcurePilot collects only the minimum operational information necessary to provide procurement decision automation services: customer full name, business or company name, normalized contact email address, and cryptographically hashed passwords. Plain-text passwords are never collected, logged, or stored.
ProcurePilot enforces strict multi-tenant boundary isolation. Quotation documents, uploaded procurement specifications, translation caches, and billing metadata are partitioned within private tenant storage spaces accessible solely to authenticated sessions of that tenant.
When customers initiate bilingual translation or OCR analysis, product names and procurement phrases are processed through dedicated, self-contained AI services. Part numbers, dimensions, and numerical ratings are preserved intact. Translation caches are stored exclusively inside the authenticated tenant's private directory.
Subscription billing is processed externally through Stripe. ProcurePilot does not store, log, or inspect payment card numbers, card security codes (CVC/CVV), or bank account credentials. Only safe subscription references (customer identifier, subscription status, and billing renewal dates) are maintained.
Customer procurement data remains accessible for viewing and standard export both during the active trial and following trial completion in read-only mode. Customers may request complete account data removal by contacting system administration.
